Job summary

OneAmerica Financial in Portland, ME, is seeking an Employee Benefits Operations Claims Training Manager. Hybrid role leading learning strategy, governance, and capability development to support transformation and performance across Operations and Claims.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and experience with ADDIE/SAM and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline. Strong communication and project skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HS diploma acceptable with experience.
• Training in instructional design, adult learning, or multimedia development.
• Experience with ADDIE/SAM or similar models and e-learning tools.
• Ability to translate complex claims/operational content into training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-year learning and capability strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Establish governance and prioritization to focus resources on high-impact opportunities.
• Analyze capability trends, quality outcomes, and performance data to set learning priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders for capability road maps and leadership readiness.
• Define KPIs and measure learning impact and ROI.
