Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers company benefits and enrollment in health, dental, disability and life plans.
• Leads new hire benefit orientation and ensures paperwork is complete.
• Communicates benefit coverage details and eligibility to employees.
• Handles COBRA notices and tracks related notifications.
• Maintains benefit databases and open enrollment activities.
• Interfaces with employees, HR, and benefit providers as needed.
