T1 Energy Inc. in Wilmer, Texas, is hiring a Manager, HR Benefits to own the full benefits function in a fast-growing manufacturing company.

This hands-on role covers plan setup, carrier feeds, billing reconciliation, open enrollment, compliance, and everything in between, with UKG Pro as the primary HRIS. You will be the system of truth for benefits, ensure data integrity, and act as the primary liaison with carriers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of benefits administration experience with ownership of full benefits function in mid-size or growing company.
• Hands-on experience administering benefits in UKG Pro required.
• Deep working knowledge of medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, COBRA, life/AD&D, disability, 401k, and supplemental plan administration.
• Experience monitoring and troubleshooting carrier EDI feeds, including 999/TA1 acknowledgments.
• Proven experience with self-bill reconciliation and carrier invoice management.
• Strong understanding of benefits compliance: ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA.
• Solid documentation skills; ability to write SOPs that others can follow.
• High attention to detail with audit-ready enrollment data.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer all benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, COBRA, life/AD&D, disability, 401k, executive plans) including enrollments, terminations, and qualifying life events in UKG Pro.
• Maintain accurate eligibility and coverage records; reconcile enrollment data against carrier records regularly.
