Job summary

Workerbee is seeking a highly skilled UKG Pro Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime) specialist for a contract, project-based engagement. You will configure Benefits Prime end-to-end, support PlanSource integration, and manage EDI carrier file feeds.

The role requires active UKG Pro Benefits Prime certification, hands-on live implementation experience, and the ability to work independently with client stakeholders on enrollment and configuration across multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Active UKG Pro Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime) certification is required.
• Hands-on configuration experience in UKG Pro Benefits Prime on live implementations or optimizations.
• Direct experience with PlanSource integration and EDI or carrier file feeds for benefits enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Configure UKG Pro Benefits Administration end to end, including plan setup and enrollment logic.
• Support integration between UKG Pro and PlanSource for benefits enrollment and data mapping.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot EDI 834 carrier file feeds with multiple carriers.
• Lead configuration workbooks, unit testing, and user acceptance testing to go-live.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and benefits stakeholders to translate plan design decisions into configuration.
