Qualifications

• Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollment, and ongoing administration.
• Prepare and deliver benefits presentations to employees, explaining plan options and enrollment procedures.
• Review, reconcile, and validate benefits data received from vendors, ensuring accurate information across HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third‑party administrators to resolve discrepancies and enrollment issues.
• Analyze benefits data, prepare reports, and support compliance and benefits‑related audits.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Create PowerPoint presentations to communicate benefits information and findings.
• Support compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and related reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with benefits‑related inquiries.
