You will drive enrollment processes, analytics, and cross-functional partnerships to optimize employee well-being and retention. Candidates should bring 8+ years in benefits, strong ERISA/ACA knowledge, and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive benefits experience, including 3 years leading people or major programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and related laws.
• Experience with annual enrollment cycles, vendor management, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, and governance of U.S. health, welfare, retirement, and wellbeing programs.
• Manage annual enrollment, communications, testing, and post-enrollment reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and plan documents.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors on governance and filings.
• Develop and execute benefits communication and education strategies.
