Job summary

Edenred Group in Boston, MA is seeking a Benefits Marketing Manager to drive new logo demand for our commuter benefits offerings. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, including email, digital, events, and OOH, and partner with sales and product to accelerate pipeline.

As an individual contributor, you will analyze performance, optimize programs, manage US marketing budget, and collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results and exceptional account experiences.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or growth marketing roles with a focus on B2B technology or software.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot Marketing.
• Strong budgeting, campaign management, and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-channel field marketing programs (events, digital, email, OOH, ABM) to generate demand and move pipeline.
• Plan and execute field marketing events (webinars, conferences) and partner with the Events Contractor.
• Manage US Marketing budget, invoices, and spend with accuracy.
• Track and analyze field activity performance to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to maximize impact.
