Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Benefits LOA Analyst to support LOA operations, Open Enrollment, and benefits vendor administration. The role requires reviewing and updating enrollment content, addressing employee questions, and coordinating with the Benefits COE and vendors.

The candidate will also assist with compliance documentation, healthcare event planning, and benefits communications. 6+ month contract with hybrid work in San Jose or SF.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of US benefits administration experience including Open Enrollment support.
• Knowledge of ERISA and federal, state, and local benefits regulations.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide LOA/benefits program operational support and be the first point of contact for escalations.
• Explain benefits policies to employees and assist with queries and meetings.
• Administer Open Enrollment in bswift and test enrollment flows.
• Review and update OE content and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support healthcare events, webinars, and collateral reviews.
