H.B. Fuller, the world’s leading pureplay adhesives company, seeks an LOA and Benefits Program Manager to manage Leave of Absence programs, vendor relations, and policy updates, using technology to improve processes.

The role partners with the Director of Global Benefits to implement changes, create stakeholder communications, ensure compliance, and support US benefit programs such as PTO and Health Advocacy.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in HR/Benefits or related field.
• 5+ years of benefits experience with outsourced LOA administration and at least 3 years of project & vendor management.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Leave of Absence programs (STD, LTD, FMLA, ADA, Paid Parental Leave).
• Oversee non-LOA benefits programs (PTO, Health Advocacy, Relocation, Scholarships, etc.).
• Lead vendor management, policy updates, and compliance activities.
• Develop change management strategies and stakeholder communications.
