Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3+ years LOA experience.
• Customer-service experience required and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency in benefits/payroll concepts and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Administer leaves of absence (U.S. & International) and workers’ compensation.
• Assist with U.S. benefit programs including health, life, disability.
• Coordinate ADA accommodations and maintain related records.
• Report payroll/benefit premiums and interact with vendors.
• Support system changes and respond to inquiries as needed.
