Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a Benefits and Leave of Absence Administrator to manage LOA processes, FMLA eligibility, and benefits administration for district employees in Thornton, CO. The role supports open enrollment and ensures compliance with federal/state guidelines.

The position requires a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years clerical experience (2+ years in database systems), and HR/Benefits experience. Criminal background check is required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years general clerical experience, including 2 years of database application systems.
• Human Resources or Benefits experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist, administer and maintain leaves of absences (LOA) for district employees; determine FMLA eligibility and Sick Leave Bank.
• Analyze, compile and calculate leave usage and pay including accruals and Colorado FAMLI; collaborate with HR/Payroll/Admin/Managers.
• Perform Benefits Administration; update enrollment/changes in HRIS and vendor systems; maintain employee benefit records.
