Qualifications

• Experience administering leaves of absence and FMLA.
• Experience updating benefits enrollment in HRIS.
• Open enrollment coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist, administer and maintain leaves of absences for district employees.
• Advise employees and managers on leave processes and eligibility.
• Process benefits transactions and maintain benefit records in HRIS.
• Provide counsel on benefit issues in accordance with laws and agreements.
• Assist with ACA data entry to ensure compliance.
• Support open enrollment activities and benefit fair logistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
