Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee benefits lifecycle and administer programs.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment campaigns and serve as employee advocate and vendor liaison.
• Facilitate and manage leaves of absence and workers’ compensation workflows from incident to return to work.
• Perform precise financial reconciliations and statement audits.
• Drive workflow automation to streamline administrative processes.
