Reporting to the Benefits Manager, you will administer plans, respond to inquiries, ensure compliance and help employees navigate benefits and related processes. The position is full-time, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary liaison for institutional insurance programs and reviews plan documentation for compliance.
• Administers employee leave programs and coordinates with stakeholders.
• Provides coordination for retirement, savings plans, insurance, wellness and leave programs.
• Monitors benefit and leave program compliance and conducts audits.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and distributes end-user reports.
• Acts as contact with external vendors for benefit compliance services.
• Develops and delivers training on benefit and leave programs.
• Supports HR initiatives and university policy development and communication.
• Keeps abreast of benefit trends and legal updates with recommendations for improvements.
