Responsibilities include policy guidance, change management, and analysis of HR data to drive improvements. The position requires strong communication and a customer-focused, collaborative approach.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible HR experience or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local personnel laws and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Performs workplace investigations and prepares well-written investigative reports.
• Guides departments on employee relations, performance management, compensation and leave.
• Coaches on policy interpretation and constructive problem resolution.
• Collaborates with HR functions to support institutional effectiveness measures.
• Analyzes HR data to inform decision-making and improve services.
• Supports development, compensation, and classification strategies.
