Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs, including leave of absence, disability, FMLA, and workers’ compensation, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will support vendor management, benefits reconciliation, reporting and analytics, and employee inquiries, including open enrollment and ongoing benefits support.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in Benefits related subspecialty of Human Resources
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in HR
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation

Responsibilities

• Leave Management Administration including short term disability, long term disability, FMLA and workers’ compensation
• Assist employees with benefit-related issues and questions and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review
• Benefits invoice reconciliation
• Conduct utilization reviews
• Reporting analytics
• Identify opportunities for cost savings
• Annual Open Enrollment Management
• Quarterly and annual reporting responsibility
