Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on benefits and leave administration experience.
• Strong technical experience with HRIS and benefits systems (ADP WorkforceNow a plus).
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration of employee benefit programs, including leaves and retirement plan administration.
• Lead the annual open enrollment process including plan design, testing and material distribution.
• Process Qualified Life Events with supporting documentation maintained.
• Serve as primary contact for leaves of absence (FMLA, state, personal, disability).
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA; provide high‑quality service.
• Develop benefits communications and onboarding support; generate regular reports.
