Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Gilbert, AZ seeks a Benefits Specialist to administer employee benefits programs, including leave, disability, FMLA, and workers’ compensation, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

You will support vendor management, reconciliation, reporting, and analytics, handle open enrollment, communicate with employees, and provide timely benefits guidance to sustain a happy, productive workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of proven experience in benefits-related HR subspecialty.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in HR.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Leave management administration including short/long term disability, FMLA and workers’ compensation.
• Assist employees with benefit-related issues and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare and compile reports on benefits usage, costs, and trends for management review.
• Benefits invoice reconciliation and utilization reviews.
• Annual Open Enrollment management.
• Quarterly and annual reporting responsibilities.
