Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years experience in benefits administration.
• Experience coordinating employee benefits (health, dental, vision).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain all leave of absences, including medical certifications.
• Communicate with employees under FMLA/CFRA and applicable regulations.
• Administer 401(k) plan and track deductions in HRIS.
• Reconcile and pay monthly benefit invoices; adjust as needed.
