Job summary

WSB is seeking a Benefits and Leave of Absence Lead to drive the strategic administration and continuous improvement of benefits and leave programs. You will provide technical leadership on plan design, compliance, vendor management, and data integrity across ADP Workforce Now and integrations with vendors.

The role collaborates with Finance and HR leadership, supports open enrollment, and ensures accurate data feeds, reporting, and audits to support organizational HR priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits administration and HRIS management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of health, wellness, retirement, and leave of absence programs, including open enrollment and eligibility management.
• Serve as the point of contact for benefits vendors and brokers.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and SECURE 2.0.
• Partner with finance/payroll on benefits deductions and invoice reconciliation.
• Own configuration and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now benefits and HRIS modules.
• Lead or support HRIS related projects and regular system audits.
