Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to join our team.

You will manage benefits programs for crew and staff, administer enrollments in Workday, coordinate leave processes, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with carriers and HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with benefits laws and company policies.
• Update and maintain HR systems with benefits, leave, and retirement data.
• Monitor benefits and leave Administration mailboxes daily.
• Coordinate leave accrual for team members in the HRIS system.
• Administer benefit enrollments in Workday and insurer systems.
• Follow up to obtain missing enrollment information.
• Ensure electronic data interfaces with carriers are created and transmitted.
• Provide assistance to employees needing benefit information.
• Assist New Hire Orientation with benefits details.
• Plan and coordinate open enrollment and related campaigns.
• Coordinate team activities related to Benefits and Wellness.
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
