Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. in the United States is seeking an HR Benefits Administrator to ensure compliance with benefit laws, maintain HR systems, and support leave and enrollment processes for team members and crew.

You will administer benefit enrollments in Workday and carrier systems, handle enrollment data, coordinate open enrollment events, and assist with inquiries and orientation for new hires.

Qualifications

• Ensure compliance with Section 125, ADA, ERISA, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, PPACA and FMLA as well as other applicable state and federal benefit laws.
• Update and maintain HR Systems with all relevant benefits, leave of absence, and retirement data.
• Coordinate leave accrual process for eligible team members and crew members in the HRIS system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monitoring Benefits and Leave Administration mailboxes daily.
• Administer Team Member benefit plan enrollments and changes in Workday and insurance carrier systems as needed.
• Coordinate team member activities related to Benefits and Wellness as instructed.
