Job summary

Core Talent Services is seeking a Benefits Manager to own the full benefits function, including health and wealth programs, and to lead open enrollment and related communications. This hands‑on leadership role offers high visibility and a direct impact on employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in progressive benefits roles, hands‑on experience with health, welfare and retirement programs, and strong ADP skills.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of progressive benefits experience
• Hands‑on experience with health and welfare and retirement/wealth programs
• Experience with tuition reimbursement or similar programs
• ADP experience is required (benefits administration and reporting within ADP)
• Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and vendor management
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CEBS, CBP, or SHRM/HRCI certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day administration and strategy of health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and leave administration
• Manage retirement and wealth programs, including 401(k) administration, vendor relationships, and compliance
• Administer tuition reimbursement and other employee assistance and total rewards programs
• Lead annual open enrollment from planning through communication and execution
• Build, document, and continuously improve benefits processes and workflows
• Manage carrier, broker, and vendor relationships, including renewals and issue resolution
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and related requirements)
• Maintain accurate benefits data and reporting within the HR information system
• Serve as the go‑to resource for employees and HR partners on benefits questions
