Job summary

CVS Health in Washington state is seeking a Senior Project Manager to direct all aspects of self-funded New Business Client implementations. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to tackle critical issues and serve as the single point of contact for implementation.

You will coordinate deliverables, develop strategies aligned with client expectations, and ensure performance guarantees are met while driving continuous quality improvement across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Project management and Client facing experience.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills across various levels of the organization.
• Ability to remain flexible yet focused during stressful situations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy while focusing on overall project deliverables.
• Ability to express complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Highly organized and able to quickly prioritize multiple assignments with high quality results.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation of Self-funded New Business Clients.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to identify and address implementation issues.
• Act as a single point of contact for benefit plan implementation.
• Coordinate resolution of deliverables and tasks.
• Develop and execute implementation strategy aligned with customer expectations.
• Ensure strategy aligns with performance guarantees.
