Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks a Senior Implementation Consultant, Client Benefits to lead complex benefit implementations and ensure an exceptional client experience. You will mentor teammates and support process improvements while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of health insurance, retirement plans, and compliance, with an emphasis on accurate configuration, setup, and go-live readiness across multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employee benefits programs and administration.
• Experience configuring benefit systems, eligibility rules, and carrier connections.
• Ability to guide clients through complex benefit implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead benefit implementations from initiation to go-live across multiple clients.
• Act as primary benefits contact for clients during implementation and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Relations, Payroll, Integrations and internal teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process improvements and training.
• Stay current on regulatory changes and apply them to client implementations.
