Job summary

Insight Global is looking for an Analyst to support their Human Resources, IT, and Business Administration functions, managing and enhancing SES Space & Defense’s HR systems, primarily ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors.

This role blends day-to-day system administration with automation-driven initiatives focused on AI and process improvement, aimed at streamlining workflows and delivering a better employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
• 6 years of HRIS experience in enterprise environment and in SuccessFactors or another system.
• Experience partnering with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit on compliance initiatives.
• Understanding of full HR business processes and automation/AI-driven workflows.
