Qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS administration or HR technology experience.
• Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with implementations, integrations, or system migrations preferred.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Paycom experience is a plus.
• SharePoint, Power BI, or Power Automate experience is helpful.

• Optimize HRIS workflows, data integrity, reporting, and user experience
• Develop HR technology roadmaps and identify process improvements
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners on system needs
• Lead system enhancements, integrations, testing, and vendor transitions
