Morgan Hunter in Kansas City is seeking a Benefits & HRIS Analyst to join our client’s growing team. This onsite, direct-hire role focuses on HRIS and benefits administration, data management, and project support.

You will work across the organization to maintain accurate employee data, run reports in Excel, and help implement efficient HR processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in HR, HRIS, benefits, payroll, or a related area.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits administration
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Comfortable working with large amounts of employee data and maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• 100% onsite in the Kansas City Metro MH456

• Support benefits administration, including enrollment, reconciliation, and employee data management
• Assist with benefits-related audits, reporting, and data requests
• Support the integration of new employees within HR systems
• Develop and improve processes, reporting, and automation to increase efficiency
• Prepare and analyze HR reports and data using Excel and other systems
• Serve as a resource for HRIS and benefits-related questions
• Maintain accurate and consistent employee records across systems
• Support additional HR projects and initiatives as needed

Our client, a growing organization, is seeking a Benefits & HRIS Analyst to join their team. This newly created role will focus primarily on HRIS and benefits administration while supporting reporting, data management, and ongoing HR projects.

The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and highly detail-oriented. This role will collaborate with teams across the organization and will play an important part in maintaining accurate, consistent employee data and HR processes.
