Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join a team that will support hands-on HRIS system activities and grow within a major SAP SuccessFactors implementation.

The role focuses on supporting Employee Central configuration, system testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing administration while translating business needs into practical HRIS solutions. This is an on-site opportunity in Kansas City, MO with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HRIS or HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience supporting system configuration or testing.
• Ability to assist with troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
• Strong understanding of HRIS support processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a support-focused role.

Position: HRIS Analyst

Compensation: $43 – $46/hr, depending on experience

Location: Kansas City, Missouri
