Endeavor Schools, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to support our HR team. You will administer benefits programs, manage enrollment and eligibility, and ensure accurate HR records across the Dayforce platform.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, timely responses to employee inquiries, and coordination of leaves of absence with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience across our growing network.

Qualifications

• Experience administering employee benefits programs and leaves of absence.
• Knowledge of benefits regulations (FMLA, COBRA, ERISA) and compliance practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and benefits platforms such as Dayforce.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k).
• Manage benefits enrollment, eligibility, and annual open enrollment events.
• Maintain benefits configurations and employee elections in HRIS and benefits platforms.
• Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and enrollment records for accuracy.
• Respond to employee questions and provide benefits education and orientation.
