Job summary

ADP is hiring a Benefit Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for TotalSource clients and our internal service and business partners regarding health and welfare plan administration and benefit programs.

The role includes benefits administration, data integrity, and collaboration with HRBPs, carriers, and payroll to support enrollment, eligibility, and annual open enrollment. A 2+ year customer service background in benefits is preferred, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working in a Customer Service environment -- ideally in employee benefits and/or HR administration or related field.
• Experience noted above, OR Military Experience. Veterans welcome and valued.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration: administer and govern benefit plans, enrollments, audits, and data integrity across TotalSource systems.
• Service and Product Support: provide tier-2 client and internal partner support, resolve benefit-related issues.
• Leadership: mentor service associates and deliver training to various levels.
• Client/Employee/Vendor Relations: act as the primary contact for clients and internal partners on benefits administration and compliance.
