WellLife Network in New York seeks an EES Specialist to track benefit applications and appeals, educate consumers on options and consequences, and liaise with government agencies to help clients advocate for themselves.

You will handle confidential information per HIPAA, assist with applications, and travel for ALJ hearings, interviews, and Social Security visits as needed. Strong math, data reporting, and MS Office skills are essential.

Formación

• Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Must have a valid New York State driver’s license and own a vehicle for company time.

Responsabilidades

• Screen all consumers to assess eligibility for private and governmental benefits.
• Assist consumers in completing applications for benefits, appeals, and maintenance.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA laws at all times.
• Coordinate with governmental/private agencies including ALJ hearings and Social Security visits.
• Prepare consumer allowances, narratives, and statistical reports indicating benefit status.
• Maintain department database and document management; notify emergencies to department members.
