HR-Tech-Solution is a small HR technology consulting firm seeking a Benefits Integration Specialist to ensure data flows correctly between benefit platforms, carriers, payroll, and HRIS systems. You will configure 834 and other file formats, test with carriers, fix errors, and work with clients, vendors, and senior consultants.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration, HRIS or a benefits technology role
• Hands-on experience with at least one benefits platform (e.g., PlanSource, Businessolver, bswift, Benefitfocus, Employee Navigator, Workday Benefits, UKG, ADP, Paylocity or Paycom)
• Knowledge of benefit plan types, coverage levels, eligibility, dates and life events
• Understanding of 834 files and data movement between platforms
• Strong Excel skills for data comparison and cleanup
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly

Responsabilités

• Configure outbound carrier and payroll files using file builders and specifications
• Test files with carriers and vendors, fix errors, and move to production
• Monitor scheduled runs, investigate discrepancies, and correct records
• Explain issues to client HR teams and brokers, supporting implementations and open enrollment
