Quest Financial seeks a Benefits Technology & Implementation Specialist to support its benefits administration and technology needs. Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully Remote). Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 depending on experience.

Direct Hire / Full-Time with potential contract or consulting arrangements considered. This role acts as a technical resource for benefits platforms, handling implementations, configurations, troubleshooting, and payroll integration.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical resource for benefits administration platforms, including bswift, Employee Navigator, and related systems.
• Support implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of benefits administration systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot integrations between benefits platforms and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data transmission.
• Partner with account managers to resolve complex technical issues and support client implementations.
• Investigate data discrepancies, system errors, and integration challenges, coordinating with vendors and internal teams as needed.
• Support electronic data interchange (EDI) processes related to employee benefits.
• Assist with resolving issues involving benefits elections, payroll deductions, and employee data.
• Develop a strong understanding of existing systems and help identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to internal team members on system functionality and technical problem-solving.

Quest Financial is partnering with an established employee benefits organization seeking a Benefits Technology & Implementation Specialist to support its growing benefits administration and technology needs.

Location: Atlanta, GA (Fully Remote)

Compensation: $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience

Employment Type: Direct Hire / Full-Time (contract or consulting arrangements may also be considered)

This position will serve as a technical resource for the team, focusing on benefits administration platforms, system implementations, troubleshooting, and integrations with payroll providers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits technology, experience navigating complex system configurations, and the ability to independently identify and resolve technical challenges. Experience with bswift or Employee Navigator is highly desirable, although candidates with transferable HRIS, benefits, or payroll systems implementation experience will also be considered.
