T1 Energy Inc. is seeking an HR Systems & Integrations Analyst to own our people technology infrastructure and scale with the company. The role focuses on UKG Pro and BenHub, then expands into broader digital systems and automation, sitting at HR, technology, and operations intersections.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot 834 EDI errors, manage integration tickets, and translate business needs into technical specs. This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in Austin, TX.

Competenze

• Experience with UKG Pro and BenHub as core HRIS integrations.
• Experience managing 834 EDI benefit carrier feeds including troubleshooting.
• SQL or Python skills for file validation, data analysis, and light automation.
• Experience supporting multi-entity HR system integrations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the internal technical expert and day-to-day owner of UKG Pro and BenHub.
• Act as the liaison between T1 Energy and UKG integration consultants; manage tickets and configurations.
• Manage benefit carrier feeds (834 EDI) with carriers and HR team; monitor and fix errors.
• Collaborate with HR to process hires, terminations, life events, and enrollment changes.
