Navia Benefit Solutions Inc is seeking an Administration Specialist to support client data operations, including elections processing, data imports, and account updates. You will act as a subject matter expert, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service for clients and internal teammates.

You’ll process import types, manage SFTP files, enter elections and COBRA dates, issue debit cards, and support QA and mentoring.
