Job summary

Navia Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Associate to represent Navia professionally and provide support, education, and general customer service to clients and brokers.

You will work in a team environment, collaborating with Account/Team Managers to assist in day-to-day administrative tasks. Responsibilities include researching inquiries, updating benefits, scheduling meetings, resolving issues, and supporting renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Word, Teams, Excel, Outlook and PDF apps.
• Excellent customer service and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow business hours and maintain punctual attendance.
• Organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to work extra hours during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Support employers and brokers via email and phone.
• Update plan participants and benefits for clients.
• Schedule and attend client and broker meetings.
• Resolve escalated client and broker issues with guidance.
• Understand and manage the annual plan renewal process.
• Create new plan year forms and track renewals.
• Coordinate with Navia departments to answer questions.
• Understand file import processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Audit client plans as needed.
• Assist with team projects to improve procedures.
• Contribute to efficiency through process improvements.
• Meet department performance expectations.
