Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
• 0-2 years of HR or benefits-related experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume or service environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-level contact for benefits-related questions via inbox and employee inquiries.
• Process life events and benefits changes in UKG (new hires, terminations, qualifying events).
• Support open enrollment administration, including employee communications and data entry.
• Assist with benefits eligibility tracking and documentation.
• Route and elevate complex benefits or leave questions to the Benefits Specialist or Director.
• Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely system updates.
• Coordinate with payroll and HR partners to ensure benefits deductions are accurate.
• Support compliance-related documentation requests as directed.
• Provide administrative support for benefits projects and audits.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service to employees.
