What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage benefit invoicing and billing processes for employees
- Enroll employees with insurance carriers and process life status changes
- Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding benefits provisions and status changes
- Administer various employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans
- Assist with the management of leave of absence requests, particularly under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience/training
- Minimum of two years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Workday software
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field of study
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification
