Our Benefits Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support in managing all aspects of the benefits program, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, leave of absence, 401(k), and health spending accounts, supporting the corporate Rollins Support Center (RSC) in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

You will...

  • Provide stellar customer support to Rollins’ teammates on benefits-related inquiries
  • Resolve administrative issues with carriers and third-party vendors
  • Process Qualified Medical Child Support Orders with Payroll, when applicable
  • Support benefits-related audits (e.g., FSA/HSA/Dependent eligibility/401(k))
  • Process and follow up on disability claims
  • Support the annual open enrollment process
  • Manage file maintenance, including organizing, retrieval, and shredding of documents
  • Ensure compliance with ACA, DOL, IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other regulations
  • Support tuition reimbursement and Rollins Scholarship programs
  • Assist with vendor billing and payments
  • Coordinate reporting and interactions with Accounting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all benefits records
  • Cross-train on all benefits aspects, including 401(k)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Benefits

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Associate degree or higher
  • 1–3 years of HR, benefits, or consulting experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Accountability and coachability
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
  • Familiarity with UKG (Ultipro) HRIS system
