Join to apply for the Benefits Coordinator role at TK Elevator.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA and involves supporting the administrative functions related to employee leaves of absence. The role requires close collaboration with the Leave of Absence Specialist and third-party leave management vendors to ensure smooth processing, accurate documentation, and positive employee experiences during leave events. It is a detail-oriented, process-driven position focused on coordination, compliance support, and employee communication.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Act as the liaison between the company, employees, and third-party leave administrators.
  • Coordinate and track all leave requests including FMLA, disability, parental, military, and personal leaves.
  • Monitor leave statuses and maintain accurate records in the HRIS system.
  • Communicate with employees and managers regarding leave procedures and documentation.
  • Support case resolution with the Leave of Absence Specialist and TPA.
  • Maintain confidential leave documentation in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with accommodations and return-to-work processes.
  • Ensure policy compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.
  • Process billing and hours reports related to leave management.
Qualifications:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or administrative coordination; leave administration experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and HR compliance preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS and leave management platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, ADP).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with discretion handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting multi-state or remote workforce leave processes is preferred.
