Job summary

MedImpact seeks a Supervisor for SavRx Account Management Services to lead the Benefits Coordination team at our Freemont, NE site, ensuring timely, accurate client support within SLAs. This role balances workload, guides staff, and drives service excellence.

You will recruit, train, and coach coordinators, monitor productivity and quality metrics, and implement process improvements. Occasional remote coordination may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years supervisory experience desired.
• High level of proficiency in Office 365; familiarity with CRM platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Benefits Coordination team to ensure timely, accurate service.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Benefit Coordinators; foster a high-performing team.
• Monitor performance metrics and coach staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage workflow and triage requests based on priorities and capacity.
• Escalate complex issues and drive issue resolution with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and operational documentation for consistency and compliance.
