Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in Fremont, NE is seeking a Supervisor, SavRx Account Management Services to lead the Benefits Coordination team, balance workloads, and ensure timely, accurate, high-quality service within service level agreements.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and develop coordinators; manage workflow, KPIs, and documentation; act as escalation point and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the Benefits Coordination team to deliver high-quality service.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop Benefit Coordinators.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching to improve metrics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process improvements.
• Escalate and resolve complex client issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience.
