Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Configuration Services Supervisor to lead a regional team responsible for client-specific benefit designs and timely configuration builds.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure service delivery standards, and maintain strong client relationships from the San Diego headquarters. Applicants should have a BS/BA degree, 2+ years of related experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, plus strong MS Office and SQL skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent required; 2+ years experience in a related role.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Strong MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and project tools experience.
• Ability to manage client-facing teams and ensure service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise configuration team members across a regional region.
• Drive timely project execution and service delivery.
• Lead cross-functional client meetings and project teams.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate, and mentor staff.
• Maintain quality and budget adherence for configurations.
