Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Benefits Consultant in the United States to lead strategy, design, and renewal efforts for a diverse client book. You will drive pre-renewal planning, communication of OneDigital’s value, and ensure high quality service delivery while managing profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of benefits consulting, proficiency in Excel, and an active life/health license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of benefits consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Care Reform and health and ancillary insurance products.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications.
• Life and health insurance license required.

Responsibilities

• Develops sophisticated benefit design and renewal strategies addressing complex client issues.
• Coordinates pre-renewal strategy, RFP distribution, and open enrollment planning.
• Maintains timelines and ensures client service quality and renewal updates.
• Manages client data accuracy in CRM and supports post-renewal analysis.
• Cultivates carrier relationships and cross-sell opportunities to grow book of business.
