Job summary

OneDigital seeks an Insurance Support Specialist to assist Account Executives in servicing clients, answering basic insurance questions, and issuing binders for new and renewal policies. The role involves invoicing, endorsements, and updating systems, with a focus on accuracy and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and maintain strong client relationships across accounts nationwide. Excellent communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of insurance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty coverage.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.
• Build relationships with clients and answer basic insurance questions.
• Assist with issuing insurance binders and processing invoices for new and renewal policies.
• Process change requests and endorsements, and update systems accordingly.
• Prepare loss runs, renew binder extensions, and obtain premium finance quotes.
