Qualifications

• 3-5 years of applicable job experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required.
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Familiarity with Employee Navigator, a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
