Job summary

OneDigital in New Jersey is hiring a Broker Service Specialist to support the service team with group enrollment, member activity, renewal processes, and related administrative tasks. You will work with outside brokers, carriers, and internal teams to keep workflows efficient and timely.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required.
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service; preferred.
• Familiarity with database applications, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Renewal process – coordinate with outside brokers and carriers.
• New group implementation – support communications and submissions.
• Approval letters – track and dispatch to brokers.
• Quoting tools – assist quotes and proposals.
• CRM – update transactions and client data.
• Client or broker data – verify data with teams.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
