Job summary

OneDigital is seeking a Client Manager to oversee day-to-day management and retention of assigned client accounts. You will support Senior Account Managers with renewals and implementations and serve as the main point of contact for benefit-related needs.

You will coordinate with Account Teams, Benefits Consultants, and Client Executives to ensure top-tier service, communicate OneDigital’s value, and stay current on industry trends. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years in account management or related role.
• Current Life and Health license required.
• Continuing education every 2 years (CPD credits).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
• Experience with quoting processes and tools required.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Renewal Process ownership and coordination across teams.
• Lead Implementation meetings and coordinate open enrollments.
• Manage post-renewal processes with analysts.
• Attend carrier events to stay informed on plans and changes.
• Ensure adherence to calendar processes and onboarding workflows.
• Manage CRM activities and client relationships.
• Provide guidance on Form 5500 filings and compliance.
