PERMA Risk Management Services in New Jersey is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support Public Entity clients and brokers with enrollment, eligibility and billing production. The role includes reviewing and distributing SBC/SPD materials and resolving member issues with limited supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining documents, updating systems, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely information for claims resolution and plan administration.

Qualifikationen

• College degree preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with health benefits or benefits administration systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day client service for Public Entity clients and brokers.
• Maintain central document filing; audit for accuracy.
• Update Benefit Point and plan materials when changes occur.
• Respond to client questions on coverage, plan structure, rates, claims, and billing.
• Know SBCs, SPDs, and other plan materials for accuracy.
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain required information for claims and administration.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as needed.
• Handle ad-hoc projects in the broker/member management process.
